Learning, growth, meaning, and healing happen in the context of relationships. As such, the therapeutic relationship we cultivate is incredibly important. In my practice, I use warmth, curiosity, compassion, challenge, kindness, straightforwardness, openness, and humor to collaboratively build relationship with you and begin our work together.
Every single part of you is welcome in the room with me and in relationship with me. I believe every part of you exists for an important, yet often obscured or misunderstood, reason. Together, we will cultivate and employ curiosity to gain understanding about:
where your suffering comes from
what is important to you
how you would like to relate to yourself and others
what the ingredients of a meaningful life are for you
who you are!
& so much more…
